Paul C. Jeffries I'm pointing out that the employment effects, whatever they might be, are ethically trivial compared to the states dictating who people can hire/love/associate with. If I can persuade you that the state shouldn't prevent me from hiring a black person, regardless of the employment effects on whites, then what do the employment effects matter?
