Calling the show "The" Anarchists is something of an artistic liberty, since of course some anarchists of the left wing strain don't like ancaps and don't see them as "true" anarchists. But I think the ancap strain is a firmly within anarchist thought, especially in the US, and especially since the 1950's (though ancap thought begins much earlier with Spooner and Bastiat).
