Edwin Urey In terms of harm, I think medical licensure and prescription drug laws cause _much more_ harm than meth dealers, by driving up the cost of medical care far out of reach of many people. (And, in the absence of the drug war and prescription drug laws, there would be almost no violence from the meth market in the first place, as people could buy a year's supply for the cost of few bottles of aspirin at CVS.)
