Alex Stickle I milked cows in high school.  While we tried to separate cows with infections, some infected teats (typically w/ mastitus) were most certainly milked.  Milk also contains blood, feces, urine, etc   Tiny amounts, to be sure, relative to the volume of milk, but definitely there.
