Ugh.  My sympathies.  I can certainly understand why you'd want them back on Amazon, as it's the most visible catalog. As it sounds like you're most concerned with pushing your ideas rather than revenue, I would also recommend that you put the latest versions in Library Genesis, the pirate book / paper site.  That's where a lot of curious but poor students look for e-books, especially outside the U.S.
