Keanu Reeves and/or attractive women can easily have sex with other attractive people whenever they want.  I don't think they fully appreciate the predicament of people who are not so blessed.  Many unattractive men go years without any physical affection. (To be clear, I don't think anyone owes anyone else physical affection, attention, or anything else.  However, that doesn't change the fact that many unattractive people (especially men) are hungry for physical affection.)
