All technology can be used for good or ill.    Fire, guns, and gasoline have all killed many innocent people.  Yet how many doubt they've been a boon to humanity on net?  Yes, Neuralink creates risks of new kinds of mind control, but Neuralink also offers the promise of vastly improved intelligence, memory, and longevity.
