Elizabeth Atwater Menes I agree.  State-run schools employ a number of Dark Arts themselves, and aren't incentivized to foster students to think critically about the state-run schools or teacher's unions.  I would do this as a Khan Academy-style series, so that the course wouldn't have to conform to NEA favored dogma.
