Israel Reinhardt  Reeves has a net worth conservatively estimated to be 250 M.  Assuming he earns 4% per year, that gives him a 10 M/year income stream even if he does no further work.  If he set aside 2 M/year for escorts, he could hire a 5 K/night escort every night for the rest of his life, and still have 8 M/year left over. If banging young hotties was his jam, he'd be perfectly capable of doing so, even if   he became a hideous asshole. Since he is still a handsome man who is by all accounts a mensch, I don't think lack of other opportunities is the reason he's with Grant.
