Brett Cashman The Mises Caucus seem to me to be libertarians who came to the movement via Ron Paul. They tend to be socially conservative, blue-collar, pro-life, and pro-immigration suppression ( at least until the welfare state is dismantled). At the 2022 LP national convention, the Mises Caucus wrested control over the LP from the more cosmopolitan, libertine, pro-immigration, pro-choice Reason/Cato wing of the party. The political fight was nasty and invective filled; as a result, there's still a lot of hostility on both sides.
