Tyson Jeffrey Geib Yes. I consented to pay for dinner contingent on future sex with you.  Since sex or repayment is not forthcoming, you have violated my consent (ie robbed me) and I'm justified in using force to get my money back. Of course, I'm assuming that in this case that we have signed a contract with the debt collection agency that spells out the terms and consequences.  If there is no such contract, then I don't think there's an enforceable contract, since it would be my word against yours.
