I don't remember exactly what I wrote, but think my main point was that diet only has limited effectiveness at expanding healthy life.  Even if we could identify the world's healthiest possible diet, and even if someone followed it religiously from birth, and even if they were blessed with the best available genes, they would still age and die by 135.
