Monalisa Foster-Author As long as they're meeting the tasks set to them, I don't care.  Many men born on the left side of the bell curve have to put in more hours than some of their more fortunate brethren.   If you're worried that they won't have enough reserve capacity, then make the barrier to entry more difficult.
