An older man is more likely to: * be well-established in his career aka high status * make a good income * more ready to settle down and have kids * have connections to high powered people * know the best music, films, restaurants * better in bed (more experience, self-control * have emotional self-control * realize that other traits (honesty, work ethic, kindness, intelligence, etc) are as important/more important than a tight body He's less likely to: * be trying to pursue a high risk profession (DJ, musician, performing artist, etc) * into drinking, drugs, and nightlife culture If the woman wants to focus on raising children, he can offer her enough security, comfort, and freedom to make children and home-making her full-time life.  If she wants a career, he can offer her stability, support, connections, etc.
