Okay, but what harms?  You still haven't pointed to any objective harms. And how is an 18 year old any less likely to commit her to a lifetime relationship?  Suppose an 18 year old woman gets pregnant by her 18 year old boyfriend.  They're going to be in a lifetime relationship as the mother and father of the child regardless of what else happens.
