Vito Rispo It depends on what the chimpanzees were doing, and how much of a risk they posed.  If they're not threatening anyone, not being destructive, I would not want them removed.  If they are, then I would. Black people aren't chimps though.  While the IQ curve of black people may be shifted to the left somewhat, they're still human in every relevant sense.  Therefore, I think they should be given the same rights as the rest of humanity. Even if you don't care about the wellbeing of black people, do you think a government willing and able to forcibly sterilize and/or forcibly relocate black people to Liberia would be benevolent to the rest of us?   Would you give Joe Biden or Hilary Clinton such power?
