Jonna Hayden "I don’t know why they do that " The RV park owners fear that the owners of older, less expensive RV's are more likely to be drug addicts, ex-cons, or mentally ill. They don't want to deal with the problems associated with those conditions, or risk letting them scare away the wealthier, more lucrative RV owners.
