Anna Sofia Canetti It's a children's toy from the 70's / 80's.  There's a clear plastic chamber filled with water atop a red base.   In the water float a bunch of plastic rings.   Pressing the white button sends a jet of water into the chamber which jostles the rings around.  Your objective is to catch the rings on plastic posts on the walls fo the chamber.
