Rocco Stanzione As I said at the beginning, I think it's worthwhile to pursue a healthy lifestyle. I was triggered by your claim that "All of the big killers...are remarkably preventable." They can be delayed somewhat by healthy diet and exercise, but you buy a few years at most.
