1.  No.  It makes you seem weak, and women are repulsed by weak men. 2. Normally bad things, unless it's the death of a dog or close loved one (parent/sibling//child) 3. Mostly women. 4. Keep it quiet.  Maybe find a therapist or sex worker who you can pay to keep confidences.
