Stephen Williams Yeah, that's bullshit.  An IQ 85 kid with low conscientiousness is never going to be an electrical engineer.  It's like expecting someone to fly to the moon on a bicycle.  They just don't have the right equipment, no matter how nurturing the kid's parents might be.
