Cody Marx Bailey You could look at it that way.  You can also look at it as an opportunity to practice prepping skills before a real emergency happens.  Or as an opportunity to practice leadership, logistics, and negotiation skills where the stakes aren't very high.  Or as a chance to create a beautiful art  project that will be seen by tens of thousands of people.
