Aaron Dowdell They were on the water for six months before the Thai Navy attacked them.   And they've been able to deploy a second prototype off Panama for a year now without any regulatory interference. Oceanic nuclear reactors already exist, including nuclear powered subs, icebreakers, and floating power stations.  If the vessel were located in a friendly jurisdiction or far enough away from anyone I think they will be left alone.
