Adam Allen Most people are scientifically illiterate and anti-nuclear crowd has done a good job scaring the pants off them. I think there will be opposition from some people no matter where you go. However, some parts of the ocean are quite isolated and distant from the rest of the world. And some countries are desparate enough for clean, reliable, inexpensive power that we'll be able to overcome the opposition.
