German speech laws suck ass as well. German prosecutors are trying to to prosecute blogger Hadmut Danisch for calling Green Party leader Ricarda Lang a "pile of fat". Deutsche Bank also barred him from his bank account after prosecutors contacted them for information. Link in comments.
