Elizabeth Jack It's not Russian roulette, because you can choose doctor's who have reputable certification and/or have high ratings. But, even it is Russian roulette, I have the right to play. My body, remember? The existing system requires someone to be _licensed_. Ideally, that also means someone is competent, but that's certainly not always the case. (Have you looked at student knowledge retention rates post-graduation? They're dismal.)
