Moises Salazar  There are a lot of rules that apply to average people that don't apply to celebrity athletes from another country.  Making statements that would get an average Saudi nobody  imprisoned or killed, will be ignored when said by a celebrity.  Imprisoning or killing him would cause international outrage, which the Saudis don't want, if only because they want to be able to hire other athletes / celebrities.
