Mary Honderich If I were in your shoes, I would talk to her about the risks that you fear (wasting time, online predators, scammers), and then let her make her own decisions.  Trying to control her too much is likely to make her start hiding things from you. If the issue is that the bandwidth costs are too high, buy her a pay as you go sim card. Once she's used up her bandwidth allotment, then she doesn't get any more unless she tops up with her own money.
