FWIW, I've been very happy with my Aftershokz headset: https://www.amazon.com/AfterShokz-Conduction-Noise-Canceling-Microphone-Commercial/dp/B091XZM6KK Doesn't fall out, long run time, can still hear what's around me, no cables. Sound quality seems fine, but I'm no audiophile.
