Yep, I have no problem with Nightshade or similar technology.  However, I think it will ultimately prove as effective as dongles, DRM, and other anti-copying snake oil.  In order to be useful, anti-copying schemes must eventually reveal the work to the eyes/ears of paying customers.  At which point, they can be copied. Similarly, if Nightshade becomes popular, LLM's will learn how to reverse Nightshade distortions.
