Turn the area into a "Certified Wildlife Habitat": https://homesteadandchill.com/garden-certified-wildlife-habitat/ Get a professional survey done, if you haven't already.   Put up bird/bat boxes with "No Trespassing" signs on them at regular intervals along the property line.  Put laminated copies of the survey inside a weatherproof container attached to the bird boxes.
