Hugo Jacob  Lot's of regulatory variation across the globe.  I'm guessing they don't want to be sued for creating Taylor Swift erotica or prosecuted for AI child porn. Also some feminists/fundamentalists think all porn is inherently violent/harmful, and they probably don't want them shrieking at them.
