"How are your rights violated when you can't hire foreigners?

Anarchist nonsense."

Suppose I don't like nativists because they're hypocrites who want others to respect _their_ property rights and freedom of movement, but refuse to respect the same rights for immigrants.

So my allies and I pass a law that says that nativists can't legally leave their town of birth, or risk being caged in a Texas prison. In order to enforce our "anti-nativist controls", we also fund a huge government bureaucracy to track your movements, and punish both you and anyone who helps you violate the law.

Suppose you get caught sneaking out of town to get a job in a nearby town, and the border guards throw you in prison.

Who is the rights violator in this scenario? It's clearly you, right? After all, it's the duty of government to secure the borders against invasion by undesirables. And you violated the duly enacted "anti-nativist" border controls. And that makes you a criminal, right?
