Here's some things I want that seem like they're achievable, but would take up a good chunk of life: Perfect genetically engineered yeast that can produce opium, LSD, MDMA, etc in a bread machine. Build a floating hospital that can comfortably survive in 100 ft waves. Create a homescale (20 - 50 k) nuclear reactor Create a Free State Project for Eastern Europeans Perfect human cloning and offer it as a service. Perfect in vitro gametogenesis and offer it as a service. Perfect artificial womb technology. Reversibly cryopreserve the human brain. Perfect real time atomic scale human brain scanning.
