Jamie Jonas Many women don't want to develop a reputation as a "slut". So they would prefer that their sexual partners not "kiss and tell" especially to women in their friend's group. The easiest way to prevent letting slip any revealing information is not to say anything at all. Also, at the beginning of a relationship, you may also be cautious about your partner's mental health. Some women are mentally ill, and you may not wish to reveal information that could trigger a jealous rage until you know them better. I agree though that if they have made it clear that they don't want to sleep with you unless you are monogamous to them, you should not sleep with them unless you are willing to commit to being monogamous.
