Lee Felsenstein If Obama had nominated someone acceptable to conservatives to replace Scalia or if cancer-ridden RBG had bowed out during Obama's term, the Democrats would've picked up two SC seats.  Instead, they chose to roll the dice and lost.  That's different from trying to pack the court.
