Michael Michalchik I'm not opposed to waste or storm water reclamation. I also support encouraging conservation, such as by ending artificially low water price controls for farmers. But that does not preclude _also_ using desalination tech where it's appropriate. Much of CA is desert or semi-arid, so reclamation only buys you so much. You seem irrationally and obdurately opposed to desalination tech for some reason that I can't parse. The ocean is vast, and I don't see any downside to converting more of it to fresh water.
