# Brian Williams Nuclear plants take up a small amount of space, and...

*April 4, 2024 — Comment Archer T. Ships replied to Michael Olbrecht's comment.*

Brian Williams Nuclear plants take up a small amount of space, and can be fueled for 20 years with no additional fuel. Coal, oil, and natural gas plants have long supply lines that can easily be disrupted. If you actually think we're on the brink of nuclear war, we should be building many more nuclear plants in bunkers all over the US.
