Telan Arntegio While 18 - 21 is when women are most physically attractive, women get plenty of attention until age 35 or so. Men are attracted to young, fertile women because men attracted to old, infertile women don't produce offspring. (Whereas women can be more flexible about age, as most men retain fertility until old age.) Men often don't have close friends because they're working demanding jobs to support wives and children.
