Bitcoin was also intended for everyday purchases.  Satoshi expected that future developers would increase the blocksize. LTC and BCH are at least usable for commerce.  But they share BTC's lack of privacy.  IMO, Monero is currently the best implementation of what Satoshi intended Bitcoin to be.
