It is, but there's an annoying book that claimed that bears ravaged a small New Hampshire town once libertarians took over.  The claims aren't true (bear attacks were no greater at the time in that town than elsewhere in NH), but leftists love trotting out the story whenever the Free State Project is brought up.  This is an attempt to turn that memetic virus in our favor.
