# Jessa Moore I'm sympathetic to not allowing the state to force blood...

*July 19, 2024 — Comment Archer T. Ships replied to Jessa Moore's comment.*

Jessa Moore I'm sympathetic to not allowing the state to force blood collection, but I also don't support forcing fathers to care for children that aren't theirs. What if the rule was that no child support or other obligations could be forced on the father unless/until his paternity was confirmed by a paternity test?
