"But once you get past that, you're going to want smart people (or at least upper mid-level) taking care of those kids, showing them how smart people solve problems and think." I think people of modest intelligence can raise smart kids up through high school, especially if they're supervised by smart people. Indeed, as I envision it, the older kids will be doing much of the training of younger kids.
