# R Kevin Wichowski-Hill If the city won't allow sufficient housing to...

*October 22, 2024 — Comment Archer T. Ships replied to R Kevin Wichowski-Hill's comment.*

R Kevin Wichowski-Hill If the city won't allow sufficient housing to be built to meet the demand, then it will continue to be a problem. If you arrest them, housing them in prison is much more costly. If you drive them away, they will just return (as they likely live there because they have friends and family nearby).
