Brad Templeton Yes, the Honduran government is trying to renege on their agreement.  That doesn't mean that Próspera is a huge threat to the Honduran government. > I also feel that it must be done in a way that nobody loses fundamental rights. ie. you can't split a country in two and have one side vote to remove free speech. I'm a libertarian, not a Democrat or Republican.  I don't support eminent domain. As I envision it, the new states would grow via acquisition of land and voluntary entry and exit.  The threat to SEZ's is from authoritarians already in power.
