Steven Postrel Yes, that's why I think the FSP is important. If you concentrate enough libertarians in a single location, it will eventually cost the state more to try to root them out than to leave them alone.   The FSP allows the community to grow slowly enough that it doesn't trigger the state's defense mechanisms.
