Adventure Time, Stephen Universe, Bob's Burgers, Venture Brothers, are all warmhearted and well written, with stories that often work well at both child and adult level.  Stephen Universe has particularly good music. Ted Lasso is warm hearted and funny.   May not keep a kid's attention though. Scavenger's Reign is visually striking with a very well developed alien ecosystem.  May be too violent for your taste though.
