I'm not sure if this is of interest to you both, but I think that medical tourism is under-utilized in the US. One of the reasons is that people are afraid that if they have complications, they won't be near the original caregiver to provide follow up care. I'd like a service that connected doctors in the US with medical facilities overseas. The idea is that the US doctors would vet and provide aftercare for the overseas doctors, in exchange for a percentage of their fee.
