Malcolm Collins To be clear, I'm not necessarily defending the CEO or US Healthcare.  Insurance companies do many pernicious things, such as lobby for laws that force people to buy their products, or prevent competitors from competing across state lines.  I'm simply pointing out that no system can approve all claims.
