Prague.  The Czech Republic is probably the most libertarian country in Europe, after Lichtenstein.  Satoshi Labs (creator Trezor wallet, Vexl app)  is located there, as is Institute of Cryptoanarchy (creators fo the Paralelni Polis conference.
